40 Hour Famine
Avondale College is a proud supporter of going without for those without. The 40 Hour Famine is on 21-23 May this year, with the theme: "Go Hard Out for the Hungry".
You can do it on your own, with a group or with your school mates. All you have to do is get people to sponsor you for going without something you find difficult to give up for 40 hours.
All the money raised goes toward food, water, health and education for the one billion people in the world who have barely enough of those things to live.
