Avondale College currently has six cricket teams playing for the school. 
Boys: 1^st XI, 2^nd XI, Year 10, Year 9, Senior Social
Girls: 1^st XI

All our teams compete in the Auckland Secondary Schools Competition, with our Boys and Girls First XI teams competing in the Premier ‘A” Grades.   

All of our teams train in the school nets and there are sessions each night of the week.

Avondale College has an impressive cricketing alumni, most recently the current Black Cap, Martin Guptill, and Emily Drum, former captain of New Zealand Women’s Cricket.

We wish all our teams the very best for the upcoming season and look forward to hearing of their successes.
