Avondale College has entered six tennis teams in the 2010 interschool competition - an increase of one from last year which is pleasing considering we have lost the use of our home courts! This is due to the building project and will mean no courts for a year or two, however the new courts planned will be a great asset for the school.

Kelston Girls has kindly offered the use of their courts for training for the girls which happens after school on a Thursday. The boys are currently using Anderson Park.

 

There are three boys teams and three girls teams in a mixture of senior and intermediate grades. Players range from experienced club players to total beginners.
