A reminder to families that Avondale College will be finishing at 12:30pm for all students on Tuesday 26 March 2024.
This will enable our Junior Academic Mentoring sessions to take place from 1:00 - 7.30pm with Year 9 and 10 students, their parents/caregivers and home room teachers.
Senior Subject Teacher Meetings with parents will take place at the end of Term 1.
Bookings for the Junior Academic Mentoring sessions have now closed. If you would still like to see your child's home room teacher, please email them directly to see if they have any availability. Email addresses for all staff can be found on our website.
School buses have been booked for the earlier departure of 12:30pm on Tuesday, with the exception of Auckland Transport’s 015 bus to Glendene. Students on this route will need to make alternative arrangements for returning home.
Supervision will be available in the library if needed (please contact your year level Dean).
Some co-curricular activities will still be taking place on Tuesday afternoon - students should check with the teachers in charge of their group.
