We are looking forward to two key Careers events next week!
Māori Tertiary Careers Evening: Tuesday 7 May, 6-8pm at the Whare
Pasifika Tertiary Careers Evening: Thursday 9 May, 6-8pm in PAC.
These annual events are to inform and inspire our Year 9-13 Māori & Pasifika students to explore the different tertiary education options available to them.
Parents and students will be able to visit different expo stands to collect information and ask questions about tertiary courses, pathways and support for Māori & Pasifika students.
The evenings will involve short presentations from the liaison staff at various tertiary institutes, and ex-Avondale College students studying at these institutes will share their career journeys.
