Start-of-school information for 2024

Updated: Dec 15, 2023

Dear Parents & Caregivers

As the school year draws to a close, we are busy making plans for a smooth start to 2024. We would like to direct your attention to the following important information for next year.

The school office will close on 20 December and reopen on Monday 15 January.

The College Shop will open on Wednesday 17 January for uniform appointments (see below).

2024 Re-enrolment/Academic Mentoring for Year 12 & Year 13 students

We are expecting NCEA and CAIE results to be available by 18 January.  As final course confirmation depends on these results, students will receive an email on 19 January with the subjects that have been approved for them in 2024.

This email will go to the students’ school email address.  If they are planning to be overseas in January, they should contact our IT department before 19 December 2023 to request overseas access to their school email, so that they don’t miss this important message.

If students have five confirmed subjects, they do not need to attend re-enrolment.  However, if they have fewer than 5 subjects listed, or if they wish to request a change, it’s important that they attend re-enrolment on Tuesday 23 January between 10:30am-1:00pm for Year 13, and between 1:30pm and 4:00pm for Year 12.  School uniform is not required.
