The PPTA has confirmed strike action on Tuesday 16 May 2023 for Year 9 students and on Wednesday 17 May for Year 10 students.
On Tuesday PPTA members will not be teaching Year 9 students, so we advise Year 9 students only, to study from home on Tuesday. The school will be open as normal for all other year levels.
On Wednesday PPTA members will not be teaching Year 10 students, so we advise Year 10 students to study from home on Wednesday. The school will be open as normal for all other year levels.
A small number of non-union staff will be available to supervise students if required. Should your child need supervision for the day, please email: admin@avcol.school.nz.
